Holy Basil:

This is one of the sacred plant considered all over India commonly know as Tulsi. and must grown in traditional Indian families. This plan has got many antioxidants in leaves and essential oils in it such as Eugenol(71%), methyl eugenol(21%), carvacrol and sesquiterpine hydrocarbon caryophyllene, The flavonoids orientin and andviceninthese. Cinnamon powder:

Cinnamon powder found to lower the blood pressure, helps to control the insulin level. It is also considered to help to reduce the weight thus lower the risk of heart failure.

Daily taking half spoon of cinnamon powder will provide a very good result. It is advised to take daily one gram of cinnamon powder for one month to have good results for diabetic problem.

Neem:

Neem has flavonoids, triterpenoid, anti-viral compounds and glycosides, which may help manage blood sugar levels and ensure there is no surge in glucose. It also helps to relax the nerves and helps in blood circulation

How to use Neem for diabetes control:

Take a 20 leaves and boil in 1ltr of water for 5 minutes. Consuming this juice 1 glass early in the morning will provide a good results. Make sure that you don’t eat anything for 45 minutes.

Apple:

Yes Apple along with peel will give good results for diabetic problem. Apple peel has very good level of fibre in it and it lowers the calorie level. It has good amount of nutrients that will reduce bad cholesterol level and also it reduces the blood sugar it has very good antibiotics which helps in reducing the blood sugar. Eat an Apple daily and get rid of many health issues.

Custard apple:

This fruit is commonly available in India. This is autumn and winter seasonal fruit and has many anti-Diabetic content with it and provides a very good control for diabetes. It helps muscles to absorb more sugar thus reduces sugar in blood. Controlled consumption of this fruit will give good results.

Bitter gourd:

This vegetable is consumed for reducing diabetes problem. The usage method is peel out the vegetable, if you are not happy with the bitter. Remove the seeds and cut into small pieces. Soak this pieces in water for 30 minutes. With pinch of salt and a spoon of lemon juice grind this cut pieces to extract the juice. Drink this juice once in a day to get good results. Doctor advice is suggested for the usage of Bitter gourd.

Fenugreek (Methi) leaves:

This Green Leaves helps to reduce both type 1 and type 2 kind of diabetes it increases the insulin consumption by cells. So regularly using use this in dosa, curry extra to get a good results. In one study, researchers in India found that adding 100 grams of defatted fenugreek seed powder to the daily diet of patients with insulin-dependent (type 1) diabetes significantly reduced their fasting blood glucose levels, improved glucose tolerance and also lowered total cholesterol, LDL or ‘bad’ cholesterol and triglycerides.

In another controlled trial, incorporating 15 grams of powdered fenugreek seed into a meal eaten by people with type 2 diabetes reduced the rise in post-meal blood glucose, while a separate study found that taking 2.5 grams of fenugreek twice a day for three months lowered blood sugar levels in people with mild, but not severe, type 2 diabetes.

Amla:

Amla is considered as a grannies medicine to fight against type 2 kind of diabetes. It has very good level of Vitamin C and will increase the level of insulin. Amla powder or juice consumption in morning time will provide good results, but doctor suggestion is must for the dosage and consumption time.
